Ladies of the YWCA of High Point paraded in front of a float representing The Spirit of Progress. Different contingents symbolized Religion, Education, Industry, Art, Good Roads, Peace, Joy, and Thanksgiving. Here, they are marching in front of the Southern Furniture Exposition Building and the US Post Office, on the corner of Main and Commerce Streets.
