Marching Civil War reenactors marked the end of The Antebellum Period and the beginning of The War Between the States. Soldiers were played by men of the Rotary Club of High Point and members of the local American Legion. Women and children were members of the United Daughters of the Confederacy and the Children of the Confederacy, respectively.
