Caption:
In May 1953, tracks were laid at City Lake Park to carry a miniature railway train. The train was selected for its ability to accommodate adults as well as children. Although the original "Rotary Wheel" train has since been replaced with a newer model, the attraction remains popular with park visitors both young and old.
